Comparison review

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is just a bit better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, getting a general score of 57.6 against 57.3. Despite of the fact Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is older and a little bit thicker than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, it's body is still way lighter. Both devices we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12.

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a brighter screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a greater pixel density. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a much better storage for apps and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has 240 GB more internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a very superior CPU than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has a much better battery life than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a 7680mAh battery size instead of 5100mAh.

Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD takes much better pictures and videos than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a camera in the back with a lot worse 8 mega pixels resolution.

Although Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, giving up some specs and features.
