Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's overall score of 60.8. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has the previous 13 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.
