Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is just a bit better than HTC Flyer, getting a 63.8 score against 58.7. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has newer 13 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, giving you a couple nice extra features. Blackview Oscal Pad 15's body is noticeably newer and much thinner, but just a bit heavier than the HTC Flyer.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a more powerful processor than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and 7 more processing cores. HTC Flyer has a little sharper display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 600 x 1024px and a better pixel quantity in each screen inch.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Flyer, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a very superior battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a 107 percent more battery capacity.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than HTC Flyer, because it has a back camera with a way better resolution.
