The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an overall score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's score of 58.8. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is a a lot newer device, and it's also just a bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS, but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has the newer 13 version and Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0, providing a couple additional features.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a more vivid display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 800 x 1280px resolution and a better screen density.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a camera with a lot higher 13 megapixels resolution. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB and 240 GB more internal memory capacity.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has an 8280mAh battery size.
