Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a general score of 63.8, which is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's overall score of 57.6. Although the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is notably heavier than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, it's a little thinner and extremely newer.
