Comparison review
The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is a bit better than the HTC Jetstream, with a 65.2 score against 63.6. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has newer 13 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, providing the user a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16's construction is notably newer, extremely thinner and incredibly lighter than the HTC Jetstream.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features a bit superior CPU than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and more RAM. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features a slightly better looking display than HTC Jetstream, because it has a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, a greater quantity of pixels per inch of display and a bit larger screen.
The HTC Jetstream takes a little bit better videos and photos than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse 8 megapixels resolution. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than HTC Jetstream, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features just a little better battery lifetime than HTC Jetstream, because it has an 8200mAh battery size against 7300mAh.
