Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is just a bit better than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, with a 65.2 score against 63.1. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the previous 13 version and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 construction is newer, but just a bit thicker and a lot heavier than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus.
