The Apple iPad mini 4 has a score of 75.6, which is much better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 18's 66.1 score. Although the Apple iPad mini 4 is much older than the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18, it's construction is much lighter and thinner. The Apple iPad mini 4 has iOS 9.x OS, and Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 comes with Android 13 OS.
