Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is just a bit better than HTC Jetstream, with a 66.1 score against 63.6. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is a much newer portable tablet, and it is also lighter and noticeably thinner than HTC Jetstream. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a newer 13 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 version.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 features a little more vivid screen than HTC Jetstream, because it has a bit larger screen, a higher screen density and a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution.
