Comparison review
IPad 4 has a global score of 70.8, which is much better than Blackview Tab 13's 63.8 overall score. Even being the best tablet device we are comparing, the iPad 4 is a incredibly heavier and thicker tablet device than Blackview Tab 13. The iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x OS, while Blackview Tab 13 works with Android 12 OS.
Blackview Tab 13 has a bit better CPU than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and faster). IPad 4 has a sharper screen than Blackview Tab 13, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a bit greater screen density.
IPad 4 counts with as much storage to store more apps and games as the Blackview Tab 13 one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. Apple iPad 4's camera is just as good as the camera in Blackview Tab 13, although the Apple iPad 4 has a lower video quality and a lot less MP back-facing camera.
The Blackview Tab 13 counts with a way better battery life than Apple iPad 4.
