The Blackview Tab 13 is just a bit better than HTC Flyer, with a 63.8 score against 58.7. Blackview Tab 13 is a way newer and incredibly thinner device than HTC Flyer, although it is a little bit heavier. Both devices we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview Tab 13 has a newer 12 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2.
