The Blackview Tab 13 is slightly better than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, with a overall score of 63.8 against 60.4. Blackview Tab 13's design is a lot newer and thinner than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition's, although it is somewhat heavier. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 13 has a newer 12 version while Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2, so it provides the user a couple additional features and performance improvements.

The Blackview Tab 13 captures better videos and photos than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a lot higher (Full HD) video quality and a way more megapixels back-facing camera.
Blackview Tab 13 features a way better battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has 7280mAh of battery capacity.
