IPad mini 4 is much better than Blackview Tab 15, getting a score of 75.6 against 56.4. The iPad mini 4 is a somewhat thinner and a lot lighter tablet device than the Blackview Tab 15. The iPad mini 4 has iOS 9.x operating system, and Blackview Tab 15 has Android 12 operating system. Apple iPad mini 4 counts with a much better performing processing unit than Blackview Tab 15, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 7 less CPU cores.
IPad mini 4 features a much sharper display than Blackview Tab 15, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better display pixels density and a slightly better 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution. The Apple iPad mini 4 features as much memory capacity for games and applications as the Blackview Tab 15, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
Blackview Tab 15 features a much better battery performance than iPad mini 4, because it has 8280mAh of battery capacity. IPad mini 4 shoots way better videos and photos than Blackview Tab 15, although it has a much less mega-pixels camera in the back.
