The Blackview Tab 16 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, with a 65.4 score against 61.7. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 16 has a more recent 12 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version, so it offers a lot of extra features.
