Blackview Tab 18 is a lot better than Galaxy Tab, with a general score of 71.2 against 58.6. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Tab 18 has an older 13 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3. Blackview Tab 18's body is newer and extremely thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Galaxy Tab.
