Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is much better than the Blackview Tab 60 Pro, getting a 68.3 score against 57.3. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while Blackview Tab 60 Pro has Android 15 version, offering some additional features.
