The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is better than the Blackview Tab 80, having a 66.2 score against 58.1. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a better screen than Blackview Tab 80, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800, the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also counts with a better pixels count per inch of display.
