Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a general score of 68.3, which is much better than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi's score of 56.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) body is just a little bit thinner and notably lighter than the Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version and Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi has Android 14, giving some nice extra features and optimized performance.
