Comparison review
The Dell Venue 8 Pro has a score of 59.6, which is a little bit better than the Alcatel PLUS 12's global score of 58.9. Dell Venue 8 Pro's construction is incredibly lighter but thicker than the Alcatel PLUS 12. These tablets use Windows OS, but Dell Venue 8 Pro has the newer 8.1 Pro version and Alcatel PLUS 12 has Windows 10.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro has a sharper screen than Alcatel PLUS 12, although it has a little lower pixel density, a way smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280. The Alcatel PLUS 12 features a little bit more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Dell Venue 8 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Alcatel PLUS 12 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 128 GB.
The Alcatel PLUS 12 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a greater amount of RAM. Dell Venue 8 Pro shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Alcatel PLUS 12. Alcatel PLUS 12 features a much longer battery life than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because it has a 6900mAh battery capacity.
