Blackview Tab 13 has a global score of 63.8, which is a little bit better than the Dell Venue 8 Pro's 59.6 general score. Blackview Tab 13 is a thinner but heavier tablet than the Dell Venue 8 Pro. Blackview Tab 13 works with Android 12 operating system, while Dell Venue 8 Pro comes with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system.
