Microsoft Surface Pro has a score of 63.2, which is a bit better than the Dell Venue 8 Pro's 59.6 overall score. Even being the best portable tablet we compare here, the Microsoft Surface Pro is a incredibly heavier and incredibly thicker portable tablet than the Dell Venue 8 Pro. Both devices we compare here have Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface Pro has an older 8 Pro version and Dell Venue 8 Pro has Windows 8.1 Pro version.

The Microsoft Surface Pro has a bit more powerful CPU than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has an inferior number of cores and slower, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Dell Venue 8 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro, although it has a little less pixels per display inch, a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a way smaller screen.

Microsoft Surface Pro has a little bit better storage capacity to install applications and games than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Dell Venue 8 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a much better 5 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
