Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a score of 72.2, which is much better than the Dell Venue 8 Pro's general score of 59.6. These tablets include the same Windows 8.1 Pro OS (Operating System), so both of them should give identical operating system features. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a a little thicker and extremely heavier device than Dell Venue 8 Pro.
Dell Venue 8 Pro features a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although it has a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, a really smaller screen and a little bit lower pixel density. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro counts with just a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has just a bit better camera than Dell Venue 8 Pro. Both of them have the same resolution camera in the back.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro counts with a really longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is also by far the cheapest one.
