Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is slightly better than the Dell Venue 8 Pro, having a 64.9 score against 59.6. Both of these devices have Windows operating system, but Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has the older 8 version while Dell Venue 8 Pro has Windows 8.1 Pro version. Despite being the best tablet in this comparison review, the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is a a lot thicker and heavier tablet than the Dell Venue 8 Pro.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro features a better looking display than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, although it has a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280, a bit worse pixels amount in each screen inch and a much smaller display. The Dell Venue 8 Pro features a much better performing processing unit than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has 2 GB less RAM and doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 shoots clearer videos and photos than Dell Venue 8 Pro. They have the same resolution camera in the back. Samsung ATIV Tab 7 features a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro features a really longer battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 7.
