Comparison review
The iPod Touch 5th Generation is better than the DOOGEE R20, with a general score of 62.7 against 56. The iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x operating system, while DOOGEE R20 counts with Android 13 operating system. IPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a much better screen than DOOGEE R20, although it has a much smaller screen.
