Comparison review
The Apple iPad 10.2-inch is much better than Google Nexus 10, having a 79.3 score against 68.1. Apple iPad 10.2-inch's body is notably newer, thinner and somewhat lighter than Google Nexus 10. IPad 10.2-inch has a better processing power than Google Nexus 10, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
The Google Nexus 10 has a bit better looking display than Apple iPad 10.2-inch, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount in each inch in the screen and a quite better resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Apple iPad 10.2-inch takes much clearer photographs and videos than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Apple iPad 10.2-inch also has a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.
Apple iPad 10.2-inch features a superior memory to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 10, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Google Nexus 10 counts with just a little better battery duration than Apple iPad 10.2-inch, because it has a 9000mAh battery capacity instead of 8827mAh.
Although iPad 10.2-inch is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Nexus 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy iPad 10.2-inch, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Nexus 10, giving up some specs and features.
