The Google Nexus 10 has a global score of 68.1, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 overall score. Despite of the fact Google Nexus 10 is older and just a little thicker than Microsoft Surface 3, it's design is still a little lighter. Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit superior processing unit than Google Nexus 10, because it has a greater amount of RAM and 2 more cpu cores.
The Google Nexus 10 has a way better display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher display pixel density and a better 1600 x 2560 resolution. Google Nexus 10 takes slightly better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a camera in the back with a much worse 5 mega pixels resolution and a worse (Full HD) video quality.
