The Google Nexus 10 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Go, with a overall score of 68.1 against 66.5. The Google Nexus 10 design is notably older, heavier and just a bit thicker than the Microsoft Surface Go. Google Nexus 10 comes with Android 5.1 OS, and Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS.
The Google Nexus 10 has an incredibly better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a better quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a bit bigger display and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px.
