Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a global score of 72.2, which is slightly better than the Google Nexus 10's 68.1 overall score. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's body is newer than Google Nexus 10's, although it's a bit thicker and noticeably heavier. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Google Nexus 10 counts with Android 5.1 operating system.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
