Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has an overall score of 69.2, which is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 10's score of 68.1. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has Windows 8 OS, and Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 OS. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is a heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than the Google Nexus 10. Google Nexus 10 has an incredibly better looking display than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a much higher pixel density.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with a bit superior processor than Google Nexus 10. Both have the same RAM memory amount and a Dual-Core processor. The Google Nexus 10 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, although it has a lot less mega-pixels resolution back camera. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because it has 96 GB more internal memory.
The Google Nexus 10 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has 9000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung ATIV Tab 5 is a better device, it costs more than Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Nexus 10. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Google Nexus 10, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
