Google Nexus 10 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, getting a overall score of 68.1 against 58.1. The Google Nexus 10 body is newer, but a little thicker and a little heavier than Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Google Nexus 10 has newer 5.1 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version, providing you a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.

The Google Nexus 10 counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have a same size screen, the Google Nexus 10 also has a much greater screen density and a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with as much memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Google Nexus 10, both of them have equal 32 GB internal memory capacity.

The Google Nexus 10 has a better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both have the same number of cores. The Google Nexus 10 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Google Nexus 10 also has better video frame rates and a back-facing camera with a way higher 5 mega-pixels resolution.

The Google Nexus 10 features improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a 32% greater battery size.
