Comparison review
The Google Nexus 10 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting a 68.1 score against 66.5. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 10 has a newer 5.1 version and Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance optimizations. Google Nexus 10's construction is extremely heavier but somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and both were only released 6 months apart.
The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 10, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also counts with a graphics co-processor. Google Nexus 10 features a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a lot better pixel density, a much better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a lot bigger screen.
