The Google Nexus 10 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting a 68.1 score against 66.5. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 10 has a newer 5.1 version and Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance optimizations. Google Nexus 10's construction is extremely heavier but somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and both were only released 6 months apart.
