Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a little bit better than Google Nexus 10, having a 74.6 score against 68.1. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a newer tablet, and it is also somewhat thinner and much lighter than the Google Nexus 10. Both tablets in this comparison have Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the previous 4.4 version and Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 version.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a superior CPU than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an additional graphics processor and a higher number of cores. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a bit better screen than Google Nexus 10. Both of them have a screen of the same size, an equal resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a better count of pixels per inch in the display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The Google Nexus 10 features a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because it has a 9% larger battery size.

Google Nexus 10 captures a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a much worse 5 MP resolution back facing camera and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Nexus 10, letting go some features and specifications.
