Google Nexus 7 (2013) is better than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, with a score of 70.8 against 62.7. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has 5.0 version and Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has Android 4.0 version, providing you lots of additional features. Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a newer tablet device, and it's also extremely lighter and just a little thinner than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a much better looking screen than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1200 x 1920, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a better count of pixels per display inch.
