The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a much more vibrant display than Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also has a way greater display density and a way better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab's memory to install applications and games is very similar to Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s one, both have equal 32 GB internal storage.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab, because it has an additional graphics processor, 1,5 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a superior camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a way better (Full HD) video definition and a way more mega-pixels back camera.
