Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a general score of 59.5, which is a little bit better than the Google Nexus 7's score of 59.3. These tablets use Android OS, but Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has the older 4.4 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is a thinner and way lighter tablet than the Google Nexus 7.
