The Blackview Tab 18 is a lot better than the Google Nexus 7, getting a score of 71.2 against 59.3. These tablets come with Android OS, but Blackview Tab 18 has a newer 13 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version, giving a couple nice extra features.
