The Google Nexus 7 has a score of 59.3, which is a little bit better than the LG G Pad II 8.0's 58.3 general score. These devices work with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 7 has the newer 5.1 version and LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version, so it offers lots of additional features and improved performance.
