Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is much better than Google Nexus 7, getting a 72.2 score against 59.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Google Nexus 7 works with Android 5.1 OS. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a lot heavier than Google Nexus 7, it's somewhat thinner and also newer.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and Google Nexus 7 feature incredibly similar processors, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has doesn't have a graphics co-processor and lesser CPU cores , it also counts with more RAM memory. Google Nexus 7 counts with a little bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although it has a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280px and a really smaller screen, they both have a greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much bigger memory for apps and games than Google Nexus 7, because it has more internal memory capacity. The Google Nexus 7 features a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a way better camera than Google Nexus 7.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Nexus 7. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Google Nexus 7, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
