Nokia Lumia 2520 is much better than Google Nexus 7, with a 68.6 score against 59.3. Nokia Lumia 2520's construction is newer and somewhat thinner than Google Nexus 7's, although it is heavier. Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 OS.
