Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a score of 69.2, which is much better than the Google Nexus 7's general score of 59.3. The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 comes with Windows 8 OS, and Google Nexus 7 comes with Android 5.1 OS. Samsung ATIV Tab 5's construction is a little bit thinner but noticeably heavier than Google Nexus 7, and both of them were released only a couple months apart.
The Google Nexus 7 features a more vivid screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a way smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, it also counts with a lot higher pixel amount per screen inch. Google Nexus 7 counts with just a little better performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU and 2 more cpu cores.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 features a greater camera than Google Nexus 7. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 7, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Google Nexus 7 features a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has a 6% larger battery size.
Samsung ATIV Tab 5 costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 7, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
