Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a score of 62.5, which is a bit better than Google Nexus 7's overall score of 59.3. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has an older 3.1 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a thinner but noticeably heavier device than the Google Nexus 7.
Google Nexus 7 features a superior processing power than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Google Nexus 7 also has a greater number of cores and an additional graphics processor. The Google Nexus 7 features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a higher pixel amount per screen inch.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Google Nexus 7, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
