Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is just a bit better than Google Nexus 7, with a 60.7 score against 59.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a a little bit heavier tablet than Google Nexus 7, but they are equally thin. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has the previous 4.1 version and Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version.
The Google Nexus 7 has a superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Google Nexus 7 also has a greater number of faster cores and an extra graphics processor. The Google Nexus 7 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a same size screen, the Google Nexus 7 also has a better 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a higher amount of pixels per display inch.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 32 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) captures greater pictures and videos than Google Nexus 7.
Google Nexus 7 has a little better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has an 8 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a better device, it costs more than Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 7. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Google Nexus 7, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
