Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a global score of 68.7, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's global score of 59.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a newer tablet, and it is also way thinner and just a little bit lighter than Google Nexus 7. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has the older 4.2.2 version and Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a bit better processing power than Google Nexus 7, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM and a faster GPU working at 1064 megahertz. Google Nexus 7 features a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a bit greater display density.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch captures greater photographs and videos than Google Nexus 7.
