Comparison review
Google Nexus 7 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, having a 59.3 score against 58.5. These devices use Android operating system, but Google Nexus 7 has a newer 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4. Even being the best tablet we compare here, Google Nexus 7's body is a bit thicker and just a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V.
