Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than the Google Nexus 7, having a 67.8 score against 59.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's body is newer and extremely thinner than the Google Nexus 7's, but it's much heavier. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has 4.4.2 version and Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1.
Google Nexus 7 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, although it has a slower graphics co-processor working at 416 MHz and lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Google Nexus 7 has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a better count of pixels per inch in the display.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a very superior camera than Google Nexus 7. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has slightly more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 7, because although it has just 16 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a much better battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7, because it has a 57 percent bigger battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is more expensive than Google Nexus 7, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
