Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's global score of 59.3. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's body is newer, lighter and thinner than the Google Nexus 7.
The Google Nexus 7 and the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 have similar screens, both have a same size display, an equal 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and the same count of pixels per inch of display. The Google Nexus 7 features a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a very superior camera than Google Nexus 7. The Google Nexus 7 has a quite bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Google Nexus 7 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 4325mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 costs a lot more than Google Nexus 7, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
