Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.6, which is way better than Google Nexus 7's 59.3 overall score. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has 4.4 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1's construction is newer and a lot thinner, but also way heavier than the Google Nexus 7.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better looking screen than Google Nexus 7, because it has a lot bigger display, a way better 1600 x 2560px resolution and a greater screen pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a bit faster processing unit than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a larger amount of RAM and a much better graphics co-processor running at 450 megahertz.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 captures a lot better videos and photos than Google Nexus 7. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a way better battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7, because it has an 8220mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Nexus 7. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Nexus 7, letting go a couple features and specifications.
