Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has an overall score of 82.1, which is a lot better than Google Nexus 7's score of 59.3. These devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a newer 14 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version. Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra's body is noticeably heavier but incredibly thinner than Google Nexus 7.
