Google Nexus 9 is much better than the Google Nexus 7, having a score of 74.5 against 59.3. Google Nexus 9 is a noticeably newer and a lot thinner tablet than Google Nexus 7, but it is much heavier. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 9 has the older 5.0 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version.
The Google Nexus 9 counts with a quite better performance than Google Nexus 7, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit and a lower number of cores , it also counts with more RAM and a 64-bits processor. The Google Nexus 9 features a much better display than Google Nexus 7, because it has a larger screen, a higher pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 2048 x 1536.
The Google Nexus 7's memory to install games and applications is very similar to Google Nexus 9's one, both have exactly the same internal storage. The Google Nexus 9 counts with a superior battery duration than Google Nexus 7, because it has a 6700mAh battery size instead of 4325mAh. The Google Nexus 9 features a way better camera than Google Nexus 7.
Google Nexus 9 is a lot more expensive than Google Nexus 7, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
