Comparison review
Google Nexus 9 has a general score of 74.5, which is much better than Galaxy Tab 7.7's 64.8 global score. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS, but Google Nexus 9 has a newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab 7.7 has Android 4.0.4 version, offering lots of additional features and optimized performance. Google Nexus 9 is a way heavier tablet than the Galaxy Tab 7.7, but they have the same thickness.
Google Nexus 9 features a better performing processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 9 also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a 64 bits CPU. Google Nexus 9 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a bigger display, a way better resolution of 2048 x 1536px and a higher screen pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a very superior storage for games and applications than Google Nexus 9, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 32 GB and 32 GB more internal storage capacity. Google Nexus 9 counts with longer battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a 6700mAh battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.
Google Nexus 9 captures a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a lot more MP camera in the back.
In addition to being the best tablet in our comparison, Google Nexus 9 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, which makes it an obvious call.
